ABOUT ME Hello, my name is Nayely aka setsbynino! I am based in Lawrence, MA. I started doing nails in 2021 and grew such a big passion for nail enhancements/art. I was able to learn so much thanks to all the information that is shared on the internet. To further my knowledge, I decided to go to cosmetology school and became a licensed manicurist. Cancellation Policy
- If any cancelations/rescheduling need to be made, please notify me at least 12 hours in advance. No call/No shows will result to no future bookings and will be charged a 30% inconvenience fee.
LATE POLICY
- Arriving after the 10 minute grace period will cut into your appointment time and may result in a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled
PAYEMENT POLICY
- A card on file is required to book.
- $15 non-refundable deposit is required when booking (will go towards the balance).
- Final payment is non- refundable and can be done with CASH (PREFERRED), APPLE CASH, or CARD ON FILE the day of the appointment. *NO CASHAPP*
Deposit will be refunded if the cancelation is done on my end.
GENERAL POLICY
- Any squeeze-ins/after hour appointments require a $20 squeeze in fee
- No more than ONE guest is allowed. I must be notified prior to the appointment
- Please arrive with bare nails or book a foreign soak off if needed. I do NOT work over other nail technicians work.
